or a published emergency number is available, these numbers
should always be your first call to activate local emergency
services.

is not available, you are unsure, or they are having difficulty
locating you, call STARS emergency Link Center at 1-888-888-4567
or, in Alberta #4567
on
a cell phone.
If the above numbers do not work, contact the link
center by calling 403-299-0932.
Pre-register
your Wilderness, Remote Site or Special Event with the STARS Emergency
Link Center by using
1-888-888-4567
or,
#4567 on
a cellular phone.
The STARS Emergency Link Center will provide access
to local and Provincial / Inter-Provincial services with “one
call”.
Test your access to the Emergency Link Center from your
remote site by dialing the above numbers before an accident occurs.
The Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers funded the creation of the
Petroleum Industry Emergency Line. The line is answered by the same highly
skilled Communications Specialist at the Emergency Link Centre who answer
for STARS. The Communications Specialist can connect you directly with any
emergency medical service (which 911 will connect you directly with), rural
hospital and major tertiary care centre that you require in Saskatchewan, Alberta or BC.
